Requirements: You must be 18 or older. You must have permission to post on behalf of the residence you're listing. Your name will NOT be published. Nor will your email or phone. This is for notifications, verification and accountability. A future implementation of an account for tracking past and present sales will be able to use this, so it's best to collect it now for a seemless transition.

Description*

Advice: make sure you include your times and on which day if they are different. Try to spell as correctly as possible, so proofread your listing. People search specific items. While a too long description will discourage people, a non-existent one will do even more harm to your listing. Try to keep your listing to 200 words or less.
